Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup of whole milk
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or the chocolate you want!)
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, oatmeal, baking powder,, and a pinch of salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat until well combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Get rest into the fridge for 10 minutes
- Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
