2 cups almond flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Add in the melted coconut oil and mix until combined.
- Add the eggs and maple syrup and mix until combined.
- Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
