Ingredients
Ham (I used smoked ham)
Any cheese you like (I used Fontina and Parmesan)
5 eggs
Oregano (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
- Cut the ham into small pieces
- Cut the cheese into small pieces
- Beat the five eggs with salt and orgeano
- Mix everything in a bowl
- Put the ingredients in an oiled roasting pan
- Bake for 15 minutes 180Cº (350F)
Notes
- You can also add onions, Roquefort cheese or any other ingredient you like
