Ingredients

  • Ham (I used smoked ham)

  • Any cheese you like (I used Fontina and Parmesan)

  • 5 eggs

  • Oregano (optional)

  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Directions

  • Cut the ham into small pieces
  • Cut the cheese into small pieces
  • Beat the five eggs with salt and orgeano
  • Mix everything in a bowl
  • Put the ingredients in an oiled roasting pan
  • Bake for 15 minutes 180Cº (350F)

Notes

  • You can also add onions, Roquefort cheese or any other ingredient you like
