The Hasselback potato is a traditional Swedish recipe, but you can play around with it by adding your own twist. For example, you can choose different types of potatoes, such as sweet potatoes, and seasonings

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes

  • Thyme

  • Oregano

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • We start by cutting the potatoes with the help of two brochette sticks
  • With olive oil, paint with a brush the potatoes
  • Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano
  • Bake for 50 minutes, 180º (350F)
  • Optionally you can add some mozzarella 10 minutes before
  • Optionally we can put mozzarella cheese for 10 minutes before removing the potatoes from the oven
