Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
Thyme
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Directions
- We start by cutting the potatoes with the help of two brochette sticks
- With olive oil, paint with a brush the potatoes
- Season the potatoes with salt, pepper, thyme and oregano
- Bake for 50 minutes, 180º (350F)
- Optionally you can add some mozzarella 10 minutes before
- Optionally we can put mozzarella cheese for 10 minutes before removing the potatoes from the oven
