Ingredients
- 100 grams of butter
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 egg yolk to paint

Directions
40 minutes
- Beat the butter and egg until you get a creamy mixture
- Add the yolks and beat
- Sift the flour, salt and baking powder
- Mix all the ingredients and add the milk little by little
- Lightly knead and roll out to a thickness of 2 centimeters
- Cut the scones with a glass or a short pasta

- Paint with the whipped yolk
